I acknowledge that I have discussed with Spark Photography [Studio] all relevant details of our photoshoot.
I understand that I will receive a selection of images from our shoot for my own personal use.
This shoot has been arranged as a Trade for Product free shoot [TFP] and no payment is expected from either party.
I/we agree the Studio owns the Copyright in all photographs taken in our shoot.
This agreement also covers any subsequent shoots arranged between the Studio and the Subject in the future.
Any shoot done on the basis of “Trade for Product” (TFP) includes the understanding the photographer has the right to include these in publications such as eBooks and printed books, exhibitions at art galleries and by agreement may be published on a limited basis on online portals.
As the Studio owns the Copyright, I/we agree not to sell, copy, cause to be copied or allow anyone else to copy, photocopy, laser copy, or computer scan these images. To do so is in breach of this agreement. I/we will use these photographs as agreed and understand they may not be copied or reproduced unless written approval is granted by the Studio.
I certify that I am over the age of consent. (18 years old in all jurisdictions of Australia).
